Frequently Asked Questions

How will I know what my brows will look like when they're done?

Does it hurt?

How long does it last?

When you come in for your appointment, the first 20 minutes will be spent talking about your desired look and what specific style, color, and shape you would like. Before the actual process starts, we will choose the perfect pigment color and measure the perfect shape for your face so you can get an idea of what the end result will look like. Hairstrokes are even drawn on with pencil before they're microbladed into the skin to ensure symmetry.

There's no definite answer to this because everyones bodies react differently to lidocaine. 90% of my clients stay numb and comfortable the entire time, others say they can feel it but its bearable. Clients with sensitive skin or oily skin have a harder time numbing. Also, if you don't get numb at the dentist easily, you may have a hard time numbing. Clients often say when they can feel it thats it feels less painful than threading, almost like a plucking feeling. Most clients stay numb and comfortable and I've had many clients fall asleep.

Eyeliner is the lowest on the pain scale, brows are second, and lip blushing is the highest, although all services are bearable.

Microblading is implanted differently than other permanent makeup. The hair strokes from microblading last 1-2 years without touchups. Other permanent makeup such as, micro shading (powder brows), eyeliner, and lip blushing lasts 2-5 years without touchups. Those services are done using a rotary machine and a needle and the way its implanted makes it more permanent than microblading which is implanted with a blade hand tool.

Eyeliner & Lip Blushing lasts 3-5 years without touchups.
